Le programme Samuel de Champlain 2020-2021 est lancé !

The objectives of this program are to contribute to the excellence of Franco-Québec university and scientific cooperation, its development and dissemination. Particular attention is paid to projects targeting the initiation of new collaborations.

More specifically, the program aims to support the mobility of researchers and students between France and Quebec in order to:

• To foster strategic inter-university partnerships between France and Quebec around centres of excellence in training or research;
• support the initiation of collaborations between high-potential teams, both in France and in Quebec;
• support innovative projects that have a structuring effect and that present interesting long-term prospects;
• Promote the integration of French and Quebec universities into international research and training networks.

In short

Competition year: 2021-2022
Deadline (application): September 15, 2020, 4 p.m.
Amount: Up to 30,000 CAD for the Quebec part and €20,000 for the French part in total
Duration of funding: Two years
Announcement of results: March 2021
