Funding objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n
    \n
  1. Encourage the development and exchange of expertise;<\/li>\n
  2. Encourage excellence in the work of RQEI students;<\/li>\n
  3. Encourage collaboration between the RQEI’s partners, including educational institutions, industry and other partner organizations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
     <\/p>\n
    Conditions to be met:<\/strong><\/p>\n
      \n
    1. The internship project must involve at least one student (college,1st <\/sup>,2nd<\/sup> cycle or3rd<\/sup> university cycle);<\/li>\n
    2. The internship project must involve at least two RQEI professor-researchers from different institutions;<\/li>\n
    3. One of the two research professors must not be the supervisor or co-supervisor of the student’s study project;<\/li>\n
    4. One of the two research professors must not have already received funding from the RQEI in 2020;<\/li>\n
    5. The internship project must last a maximum of three months and end no later than August 31, 2021;<\/li>\n
    6. The internship must be related to the RQEI’s scientific program (https:\/\/www.rqei.ca\/recherche\/<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
       <\/p>\n
      Eligible expenses:<\/strong><\/p>\n
        \n
      1. Convenience pay to the student intern (including benefits) or scholarship top-up.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
         <\/p>\n
        Evaluation criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n
          \n
        1. Excellence of the student intern’s record (20 points);<\/li>\n
        2. Relevance of the internship project to develop skills complementary to the student’s study project (20 points);<\/li>\n
        3. Relevance and feasibility of the internship project: originality, relevance of the methodological approach and scope of the project (30 points);<\/li>\n
        4. Correlation between the expertise of the research professors as presented in the CV and the purpose of the internship (20 points);<\/li>\n
        5. The Project improves the trainee’s training and skills by leveraging the Network’s inter-institutional environment (10 points).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
