Inter-institutional Research Grants ($80,000)<\/h3>\n
A $40,000 grant<\/p>\n
Four awards of $10,000<\/p>\n
Conditions to be met:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. The Project must be related to the RQEI’s scientific program (https:\/\/www.rqei.ca\/recherche\/<\/a>);<\/li>\n
  2. The Project must involve at least two Network researchers from different institutions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Research Grants for New and College Researchers ($40,000)<\/h3>\n
    Four awards of $10,000<\/p>\n
    Conditions to be met:<\/strong><\/p>\n
      \n
    1. The Project must be related to the RQEI’s scientific program (https:\/\/www.rqei.ca\/recherche\/<\/a>);<\/li>\n
    2. The Project must involve at least two Network researchers from different institutions. The Principal Investigator is a new investigator (an applicant who has held an independent academic appointment for up to five years) or a college\/CCTT researcher.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n
      Research Infrastructure Sharing and Use Program ($90,000)<\/h3>\n
      Nine $10,000 awards<\/p>\n
      Conditions to be met:<\/strong><\/p>\n
        \n
      1. Two institutions commit to sharing and using a common research infrastructure;<\/li>\n
      2. The Project must be related to the RQEI’s scientific program (https:\/\/www.rqei.ca\/recherche\/<\/a>);<\/li>\n
      3. The Project must involve at least two researchers from the Network from different institutions;<\/li>\n
      4. Submit the description of the shared infrastructure;<\/li>\n
      5. Eligible expenses are the operating costs of existing shared infrastructure (billable hours, salaries of professionals, technicians, consumables, and new capitalized equipment [less than 10% of the grant]).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
