According to the RQEI By-Laws, page 2:
The COC member is a researcher who meets the research status 1, 2 or 3 of the FRQ’s CGR, in accordance with the rules of the FRQNT’s Strategic Clusters program. Its scientific activities are related to at least one (1) of the RQEI’s scientific program.
The FRQ’s research status is defined on page 9 of the FRQ’s common general rules.
