Québec-Israel call for projects

The third Québec-Israel call for industrial research projects, which aims to foster research and innovation collaborations, has been launched! Like previous calls for projects, it is part of the partnership agreement renewed by Québec and the State of Israel on May 21, 2017. This agreement concerns the development of cooperation in industrial research and technological innovation.

Priority areas and technologies

The priority research areas are:

– Agricultural technologies and water management.
– Agri-food technologies.
– Biotechnology, medical technology and pharmaceutical industry.
– Smart cities and the automotive industry.
– Any other area agreed to by the parties.

Financial aid

Subject to available appropriations, the Department’s financial contribution may be up to 50% of the eligible expenditures of the Quebec portion, up to a maximum of $250,000 per project. It is paid for a maximum period of two years.

Deadline to submit a project: December 16, 2020
